SAN FRANCISCO -- Amidst the growing speculation about the Golden State Warriors' pursuit of Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, Draymond Green expressed his calmness and confidence in his future with the team as the trade deadline approaches.
"I've been here for 14 years," Green stated. "I have no reason to sit and worry about leaving. But if I'm traded, that's part of the business. I ain't losing no sleep though. I slept great last night."
Team sources indicate a sense of vulnerability among the Warriors' roster, excluding star guard Stephen Curry, as the front office actively seeks Antetokounmpo and reorients the team in the later stages of Curry's career.
Due to salary-matching considerations, either Green, who earns $25.8 million this season, or injured forward Jimmy Butler, earning $54.1 million, would be a crucial part of any outgoing package to facilitate a trade for Antetokounmpo, who also commands $54.1 million this season.

"I'm not going to go up there and be like, 'Yo, so tell me what y'all doing,'" Green said. "I'll be the same as I always am. My phone is always on. I'm always willing to collaborate in any way I can."
